"Regular products" will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is completed. After shipping, we will inform you of the parcel number by e-mail."On-demand products" are produced after receiving an order from a customer. After finishing and shipping, we will contact you by email. You can check the status of your parcel using the parcel number. |

Cancellation deadline
