[Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds]

+++ About made-to-order products by on-demand production +++

 Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are not possible.

In the case of returns due to manufacturer reasons, such as product defects or delivery of products different from the order, please be sure to notify us within 10 days after the arrival of the product that it will be refunded. It will be info@1plus1.co.jp.

 +++ Orders from Japan +++

(1) You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing the order. Please contact us by email. info@1plus1.co.jp
(2) If it is within 7 days from the arrival date of the product, it is possible to return it using the enclosed return slip.
(3) If it is within 7 days from the arrival date of the product, it is possible to exchange it with the enclosed return slip (limited to stock items).
(4) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, please note that the following products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for customer convenience.
・Made-to-order products by on-demand production
・Products that have been used ・Products that have been delivered for more than 7 days ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products without packaging (bags, cases, tags, etc.) ・Other products Items that are clearly stated on the introduction page that they cannot be returned
(5) If the product is damaged, the size is different from what you ordered, or there are other defects due to our mishandling, we will bear the shipping costs. Please send it to the following return address by cash on delivery.
(6) Except for (5) above, shipping charges for returns and exchanges due to the customer's preference should be borne by the customer by prepayment.

(7) Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 3 business days after the returned item arrives.

+++Overseas Orders+++

(8) Regarding orders from outside Japan, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.

Please note that the color of the product may differ slightly depending on the monitor screen of your PC or smartphone.
