Packing status of on-demand products
On-demand products, such as embroidery and printing, are manufactured and shipped from factories in the appropriate country.
At our company, we want our customers to pick up our products as soon as possible, so we choose products from domestic production areas as much as possible, but this is not always the case.
The packaging is not the same, but one thing I can say is that it will be sent in the minimum necessary packaging (with consideration for the environment).
For example, this is a cap that was embroidered by an American factory.
It will be packed like this.
For example, if you are accustomed to using excessive packing materials, which is commonplace in Japan, you may be surprised that it is too easy.
For me (the owner), I think it's good that there is no garbage, but for those who are looking for a so-called "opening ceremony" experience, it may not be enough.
Even for products shipped within Japan, on-demand products are generally sent in simple packaging like this.
Of course, I'm thinking of making brand-original packaging and sending it to the factory for shipping, but for now, I'm going to wait and see how things go. We are waiting for your opinion.
One more thing, the print product has a sour smell like vinegar , but please note that this is the smell of the stabilizer that fixes the print to the fabric.
